The Madhya Pradesh government has officially opened applications for its flagship Super 100 scheme, inviting top-performing Class 10 students from government schools to enrol in free-of-cost coaching programmes. The initiative, highlighted earlier today in a popular Schooledump post on X, marks a renewed push to support meritorious students from economically modest backgrounds.

The scheme targets students who have scored 70% or more in their Class 10 board examinations and offers them admission into select government schools in Bhopal and Indore. These students receive comprehensive support in the form of free coaching for competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, CLAT, and CA Foundation, along with hostel facilities, mess, study materials, and intensive academic mentoring.

Initially launched with just 100 seats, the programme has steadily expanded over the years and now accommodates around 400+ students, offering streams like Science, Commerce, and Arts. Selected candidates must clear a state-level selection test and meet eligibility criteria, including a maximum family income of ₹6 lakh annually. This year’s registration is fully online, with the portal expected to remain active through early May, followed by the examination in June and result announcements by late June or early July.

Officials attribute the scheme’s success to its comprehensive platform, which combines tuition, residential facilities, and professional guidance under one roof. Since its inception, the Super 100 initiative has empowered hundreds of students to excel in national-level competitive exams at minimal to no cost. Success stories over the years include students clearing JEE Main, NEET, and other professional entrance tests.

The launch comes amid renewed emphasis by the MP government on equal access to quality education, especially in alignment with broader NEP 2020 goals. Education authorities have reaffirmed that this year’s Super 100 program will prioritise gender and regional equity, aiming to bring in more applicants from rural areas and marginalised communities.

Prospective candidates are urged to visit the official MP School Education portal (such as educationportal.mp.gov.in or mpsos.nic.in) for detailed eligibility guidelines, application steps, and deadlines. Interested students should keep their Class 10 roll number, marksheet, Aadhar details, and income certificate ready before applying.
