The State Board is likely to consider previous board marks to evaluate students. Read to know more.
The Rajasthan Board will soon be finalising the evaluation criteria to prepare the RBSE 10th Result 2021 and RBSE 12th Result 2021. On June 2, 2021, the State Government had announced the cancellation of RBSE Class 10 and RBSE Class 12 exams 2021 in light of the second wave of COVID-19. Reports have suggested that the state board may consider or give some weight to the marks obtained by the students in their respective previous board exams as part of the evaluation criteria and assessment policy.
- Average Marks of Previous Classes: The first option for the declaration of RBSE 10th and 12th Result 2021 is to consider the average marks of the previous three classes for the compilation of the board exam results. In this case, for Class 10 Results, average marks of Class 7, 8 and 9 would be considered, whereas, for Class 12 Results, average marks of Class 9, 10 and 11 would be taken into account.
- Internal Marks of Class 10 and 12: The majority of the state boards and even the CBSE and ICSE are planning to use internal marks secured by students in the previous exams held during the year at the school level to arrive at the final Board Result. RBSE is also considering this as an option to prepare RBSE Class 10 and 12 Results 2021.
- Based on Result of Previous Board Exams: Rajasthan Board also hold board Exams at Class 5 and Class 9 level and experts have suggested that marks secured by students in these board exams can also be considered to prepare the final result for Class 10 and 12 students.
