RBSE 10th Exams 2020 pending papers begins today, thermal screening compulsory of all students

RBSE would conduct the pending RBSE 10^th Board Exams with precautions and under the guidelines set by the government for COVID-19. Around 11.5 lakh students will appear for the examinations to be conducted in these two days.

RBSE 10^th Board Exams begins today i.e. June 29, 2020! As the Supreme Court dismissed the plea challenging the Rajasthan High Court decision of conducting two remaining RBSE 10^th Board exams in the state, Rajasthan Board will conduct the remaining papers on June 29 and June 30, 2020. The Board already released the RBSE 10^th admit card 2020 for the pending papers. Earlier, these exams got postponed due to the nationwide lockdown imposed in order to contain the COVID-19 virus.

According to the reports, RBSE would conduct the pending RBSE 10^th Board Exams with precautions and under the guidelines set by the government for COVID-19. Around 11.5 lakh students will appear for the examinations to be conducted in these two days.

In order to maintain the social distancing norms, the Board increased 521 exam centers in the state. Earlier, there were 5685 exam centers where the examination was scheduled to be conducted which now crossed 6000 exam centers.

A student’s parents filed a plea in the Supreme Court urging the court to take note of the rising COVID-19 cases in the state and allow cancellation of the remaining RBSE 10^th Board Exams. The plea cited the recent Supreme Court decision in the CBSE plea after which the centre decided not to go ahead with the remaining CBSE 10^th Board Exams 2020 and CBSE 12^th Board Exams 2020. After deciding to cancel the remaining Board Exams, CBSE also decided to release CBSE 10^th Results 2020 and CBSE 12^th results 2020 by July 15. Clearing the air around the conduct of the pending RBSE 10^th Board Exams 2020, Govind Singh Dotasra, Minister of State for primary and secondary education, Rajasthan tweeted, “CBSE has postponed the 10th, 12th board examinations in the country but the Board of Secondary Education will conduct the remaining examinations of 10th and 12th. For the last 11 days, the board has been successfully conducting the examination keeping in mind the social distancing and the remaining examinations will also be conducted by taking all the precaution.”

The board ensured certain measures for the safety of the candidates at the examination centers in view of COVID19. The thermal screening will be conducted for all the children who reach the examination centers by medical and health department personnel. Also, the hands of each child will be sanitized. In examination centers, a distance of 6 feet will be maintained between each student.

According to the revised RBSE 10th Time Table 2020, the pending Rajasthan Board Class 10 exams will be conducted on June 20 and June 30. Whereas the revised RBSE 12^th Time Table 2020 suggests that the Rajasthan Board Class 12 exams are being conducted from June 18 to June 30. Students can expect the RBSE 10th Result and RBSE 12th Result 2020 in July.
