UP Board Exams 2026: Fake Question Papers Misleading Students on Social Media
UP Board Class 10, 12 exams 2026: UP Board has taken a firm stance against fake question papers circulating on social media. It has issued an ultimatum to the relevant channels to remove the content immediately. UP Board 10th, 12th exams 2026 will be held between February 18 and March 12, 2026.
UP Board Fake Question Papers Alert! The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has taken a firm stance against the UP Board fake question papers circulating on social media for UP Board exams 2026 Class 10, 12. After receiving complaints about pre-board and allegedly leaked question papers on YouTube channels and other social media platforms. The Board has issued an ultimatum to the concerned channels to immediately remove the content.
Violators face fines of upto Rs 1.5 million rupees and two years in prison. Bhagwati Singh, the Council Secretary, issued strict instructions saying such unauthorized material misleading students, is spreading rapidly on social media.
UP Board xams 2026 will be conducted between February 18 and March 12, 2026. Ahead of the exam, several fake sample papers, including pre-board papers, have gone viral.
The secretary informed that an investigation has been initiated based on the complaints and legal action will be taken against the erring channels. He clarified that these fake papers do not only affect the credibility of the examination process, but also cause stress and inadequate preparation among students. He further requested all social media platforms to remove such misleading content within 24 hours, failing which, under sections of the Indian Penal Code, cases will be filed.
