XLRI Jamshedpur Launches Executive Programme in Digital HR and AI Analytics

XLRI Jamshedpur launches a 10-month hybrid executive programme focused on digital HR transformation and AI-driven HR analytics.

XLRI Jamshedpur has announced fresh batch of its Executive Development Programme in Digital HR Transformation and AI-Driven HR Analytics. The programme focuses on the use of digital tools, data analytics and artificial intelligence across core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management and talent development.

According to XLRI, the programme has been designed to address skill gaps among HR professionals as organisations increasingly adopt analytics and AI for workforce decision-making.

The 10-month programme will be conducted in a hybrid mode, combining live online classes with on-campus sessions at XLRI Jamshedpur.

Important areas covered include digital HR transformation, HR analytics, application of AI and machine learning in HR processes, generative AI and ethical use of AI in people management.

The programme is open to HR leaders, HR business partners, consultants, talent management and L&D professionals, and experienced HR practitioners.

On successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from XLRI Jamshedpur and Executive Education alumni status. Admissions are currently open.
