IGNOU January 2021 registration deadline extended until April 15; check details here
Those who are yet to register for the January 2021 session can fill the IGNOU 2021 application form at the IGNOU Samarth portal, i.e. ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
IGNOU January 2021 Session Registration: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has again extended the IGNOU registration window for January 2021 session until April 15. According to the official statement released by the Open University, the candidates who are yet to register for the January 2021 session can fill the IGNOU 2021 application form at the IGNOU Samarth portal, i.e. ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. Earlier, the IGNOU registration deadline for January 2021 session was March 31. The IGNOU registration 2021 for the January session commenced on February 3.
For IGNOU registration 2021, candidates would further need to enter details like name, email ID, mobile number and create a login ID and generate a password. Candidates have to note the login ID and password to check updates on the admission process.
Meanwhile, IGNOU has extended the last date for submitting assignments for June Term-End Examination (TEE) once again. According to the official statement released by the Open University, the students can make the submission of assignments as per the new deadline, i.e. April 30. IGNOU made this clear that this extension will be for all programmes.
IGNOU admissions take place in two sessions - January and July. Around 3 million students are said to be enrolled in different courses at IGNOU. The university offers diploma, certificate, advanced diploma, undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctoral level courses in various disciplines.
IGNOU is all set to offer an online programme for overseas learners. According to the reports, the courses on offer by the Open University include master’s, bachelor’s, diploma and certificate programmes. Students residing overseas interested in IGNOU Admissions 2021 can apply for the offered courses through the official website of the varsity.
