Indraprastha University introduces 'Grievance Monitoring System' for teachers & students
The main features of this online portal are maintenance of public grievances, prioritisation of grievances, forwarding and movement to multiple departments, tracking of grievance till redressal and online status checkup of grievances.
The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, formally known as IP University has started an online grievance monitoring system. According to the information shared by the varsity, the online grievance monitoring system has been introduced to allow students, teachers, and staff members to share their concerns. The portal can be accessed by the concerned party at the official website www.ipu.ac.in. IP University online grievance monitoring system has been developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC).
University’s Vice-Chancellor Professor Mahesh Verma launched the new online portal. During the launch ceremony of the portal, the VC said that it will help to improve the administrative and academic performance of the University. The new portal would enable to bridge the gap between students and teachers and administration and would improve the grievance redressal system.
“The main features of this online portal are maintenance of public grievances, prioritisation of grievances, forwarding and movement to multiple departments, tracking of grievance till redressal and online status checkup of grievances,” IP University said. A training programme was also organized by NIC to help the IP University handle the online grievance monitoring system.
Meanwhile, the IP University commenced the online admission application registration window for enrolling candidates for its MBA programmes for the academic session 2021-22. Candidates interested in IP University admission 2021-22 must note that in order to be eligible to apply for the programme, the applicant must be CAT 2020 qualified. Applicants are advised to go through the details of the programme thoroughly before applying for the same. The last date to apply for IP University admission is May 30, 2021.
