GGSIPU admissions are open. A few more updates related to GGSIPU admissions are as follows:

The CMAT 2026 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. Students can download their scorecards by logging into the official website.
The NEET UG 2026 registration window is now closed for admission to the MBBS, BDS, and other courses. The exam is scheduled for May 3, 2026.
The NIMCET 2026 application portal is live for admission to the MCA course. The last date for registration is May 1, 2026 (5 Pm), and the exam is scheduled for Jun 6, 2026.
The CLAT PG 2026 third merit list is out for admission to the PG-level LLM programme. The fourth merit list will be out on May 2, 2026 (10 PM).
The CUET UG 2026 registration portal is now closed for admission to several UG courses. The CUET exam 2026 will be conducted from May 11 to May 31, 2026.
The CUET PG 2026 exams were successfully conducted for admission to several PG courses. The results for the same will be announced soon.
The GATE COAP 2026 registration link is active for admission to ME/MTech/PhD programmes. The GATE COAP 2026 round 1 window to view offers and make a decision will be opened on May 11, 2026 (10 AM).
The CLAT UG 2026 fourth merit list will be published on May 2, 2026, for admission to the five-year Integrated LLB (UG) courses.
The IPU CET 2026 registration process is now live for admission to various UG-level courses. Students can register till Mar 31, 2026. Also, the exam for the same is going to be conducted from Apr 25, 2026, to May 17, 2026.

Flagship courses: BTech, BSc, MBA are the popular GGSIPU courses. The new specialisations likely to be introduced under these courses from the academic session 2026-27 are BSc (Clinical Psychology), BTech CSE (AI& DS), BTech (Computer Science & Business Systems), & BTech Industrial Chemistry.

GGSIPU Popular Programmes 2026

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has introduced a new course, MTech in Robotics & AI for the upcoming academic session 2026-27. The total seat intake for this course is 21 & the admissions will be conducted till March 31, 2026. GGSIPU widely opted courses are BTech, BSc, & MBA. MBA is available in specialisations, namley IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, International Business, Operations Management, & others.

GGSIPU Admission Criteria 2026

GGSIPU registration 2026 is the 1st step in the admission procedure. Afterwards, the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Dwarka Delhi counselling takes place. IPU admissions are based on entrance tests. Indraprastha University Delhi conducts IPU CET for admission. The application process of IPU for all the affiliated colleges is done via a centralised application portal. The Indraprastha University Delhi admission is based on the following criteria:

Engg & Commerce UG courses: JEE Main/ IPU CET/ CUET-UG ( only for BTech Biotechnology) + Counselling/ CUET
Management PG course like MBA/PGDM: CAT/ CMAT + GD & PI
Medical UG/PG courses: NEET PG, NEET UG
GGSIPU Law courses: CLAT

Reservation Policy

GGSIPU follows a strict resrvation policy like 85% of the sanctioned intake (for University Schools of Studies & Govt. Institutions Located in NCT of Delhi) must be allocated for Delhi Region wherein reservation of seats must be DSC-15%, DST -7.5%, DOBC-27%, DDEF -5%, & DPWD-5%.

GGSIPU Cut Off 2025

GGSIPU cutoffs are based on the entrance test scores like CUET & the counselling rounds. GGSIPU Delhi has released BTech (JEE Mains) cut off. The cut off was released for the below courses:

Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to BSc, BCA, BCom (Hons), B.Ed, BA (JMC), BHMCT, BBA, BA (Hons), BVoc, BPT, BPO, BOT, BASLP, BSc MLT, MSc, MA, MEd, MPT, MOT and MPO courses.
