Mumbai University's first merit list 2023 released; Document verification to start on June 20

The Mumbai University merit list includes details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, registration number, scores, qualifying marks, combined rank, and allotted college. The university has also released the cut-off for the programmes offered.

Mumbai University has released the first merit list 2023 for some colleges for admission to various undergraduate programmes. The candidates who applied for Mumbai University admissions 2023 can view the same on the websites of these individual colleges.

As of now, there is no consolidated merit/cut-off list on mu.ac.in but some colleges have published lists on their websites. 

Steps to check first merit list of Mumbai University

The candidates must follow these steps to check the first merit list of Mumbai University:

• Visit the official websites of MU colleges
• Click on the link for the 1st merit list for a specific programme
• A PDF will be displayed on the screen, search for your name in the list
• Check cut off and admission procedure on the homepage to report to the college

Note: There is no centralised merit list for Mumbai University's undergraduate admissions. Students have to visit the websites of colleges to download it. 

As per the schedule, the document verification process will begin on June 20, 2023. The payment can be made till June 27, 2023, and the second merit list will be announced on June 28, 2023. The documents needed are - Passport Size Photograph (soft copy), Signature (soft copy), Aadhar Card, ‘ABC’ ID, Cast Certificate (If required), 10th (SSC) Marksheet, 12th (HSC) Marksheet, and Specially Abled Certificate (If applicable).
