NTA NIFT 2026 Final Result
The final result of NTA NIFT 2026 is expected to be out soon for UG and PG courses. NTA had already conducted both the stages of exam for UG and PG and now it is all set to release the NIFT Scores 2026 for Final Exams. NIFT Situation Test for UG was conducted on April 26, 2026 and NIFT Interview was taken on April 06, 2026 to April 11, 2026 for PG programmes. NIFTEE Result 2026 will be released on the website: exams.nta.nic.in/niftee. Application ID and password is required to check the result.

Candidates will be able to check the cutoff for NIFT Delhi on the website of NIFT: nift.admissions.nic.in. The opening and closing rank of all the programmes is given on this page. This year, NIFT 2026 cutoff is expected to be on the lower side.
NTA released recorded answers for the NIFT 2026 written exam on February 17, 2026. The recorded response is released for GAT for all the UG and PG programmes. Recorded response is available at xams.nta.nic.in/niftee.
NIFT result 2026 for Stage 1 was released on March 20. Stage 2 result will be released in the last week of June 2026.

Commonly asked questions
NIFT 2026 cut off list will include opening and closing ranks of candidates for each participating institute and category. Among the various categories for which the cut-off would be released are General, SC, ST, OBC-NCl, Domicile, and PwD categories. The candidate needs to consult the cut-off for their respective categories for the programme they are seeking admission to.
Opening rank is the highest rank for which the seat has been allocated. Closing rank is the minimum rank for which admission is allocated. Only such candidates who secure a rank equal to or higher than the closing rank will get admission.
National Institute of Design (NID) will release the NID DAT 2026 admission cut-off for the B.Des and M.Des programmes at the time of seat allotment, around May-June 2026. The cut-off will be released as the rank and score of the last candidate admitted to the M.Des program.
NID DAT cut-off for B.Des programme will be released separately.
Cut-off will be released by considering factors like the number of applicants, seat intake, and category. Candidates who meet the cut-off for their category in their chosen programme will get admission.
Cut-off for NID 2026 Entrance exam will be prepared based on factors like total number of applications, seat intake for the applied programme, category under which admission is sought, and merit rank of the applicant in NID DAT 2026. Each of these factors are variables. For example, number of applications may vary from one category to another. Cut-off would also vary. The cut-off represents the minimum marks a candidate needs to secure in his or her category to get admission to the B. Des or M.Des programme.
