IIT Hyderabad invites application for online certificate course on Leadership Skills for Performance Management
IIT Hyderabad offer an online certificate course in leadership skills for performance management in collaboration with Winzard Solutions.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad, in collaboration with Winzard Solutions, is now inviting applications for an online certificate course called Leadership Skills for Performance Management. The online certificate course will be conducted by the IIT Hyderabad faculty and industry experts. The course aims at mid and senior-level management executives who are looking forward to building their leadership skills.
Skills required for influencing team members and enhance their organizational capabilities will be touched upon in the course. Upon successfully completing the course, professionals will receive an executive course completion certificate from IIT Hyderabad and Winzard. IIT Hyderabad says that interested candidates need to apply at the earliest as only 40 seats are available.
Candidates who will apply for the course will get access to 12 hours of content delivered from IIT Hyderabad faculty and industry experts. Five hours of mentorship along with relevant case studies and action planning will also be provided to participants. Aspects of goal-driven leadership that include effective goal management, nurturing talent, and performance assessment as well as aspects of influencing people that include employee engagement, emotional quotient, strategic networking, and managing people who work remotely will be paid emphasis to.
Those who are interested can apply online on the Winzard Solutions on or before September 20, 2020 by paying a fees of Rs 20,000. The course will conduct the sessions on November 21, 22, 28, 29 and December 5th and 6th.Those who wish to take the course are advised to go through the official website in detail.
