JEE Main 2020 begins tomorrow in two shifts

National Testing Agency (NTA) will begin JEE Main 2020 January session from tomorrow i.e. January 6 in online mode. The first shift will begin from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm while the second shift will start from 2:30 pm and will conclude at 5:30 pm. The exam for BArch and BPlan paper will be held on January 6 while the BE/BTech paper will be held from January 7 to 11 across 233 cities in India and abroad. As per the advisory released by NTA, candidates must check their JEE Main 2020 date, shift, course and venue of the test centre as indicated in their JEE Main 2020 admit card.

JEE Main 2020: Things to bring on the exam day

Candidates must bring the following documents to the JEE Main 2020 exam centre

• The admit card must be downloaded from the NTA/JEE Main 2020 website (a clear preferably colour printout on A4 size paper).
• One passport size photograph (same as uploaded with the JEE Main application form) to be pasted on the attendance sheet at the centre.
• A valid Photo ID Proof in original (PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/E- Aadhaar/Ration Card/12th Class Board Admit Card with photograph/ Bank Passbook with Photograph).
• Pen/ Pencil and blank paper sheets for rough work will be provided in the examination room.

Important Note: Identity cards issued by Schools/ Colleges/ Universities/ Coaching Centres, Aadhaar enrollment receipt without Aadhaar Number and photocopies or images stored in mobile phones etc will not be accepted in the examination hall.
