What to appear for JEE Main 2020? An important announcement to be shared by the HRD Minister for all students who have dropped the study abroad plan due to COVID-19 outbreak.

Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister, Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal has shared a tweet for all those students who are forced to stay in India due to COVID-19 lockdown and outbreak worldwide. Many students who have now dropped the plan to study abroad due to this pandemic will get a major announcement anytime soon from the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD).

The tweet by HRD minister said, β€œWant to write JEE(Main). Students who have dropped the idea to study abroad and are now keen to study in India. A major announcement is coming your way! Stay tuned for more details”

Earlier, Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has announced that the exam dates of JEE Main 2020 after multiple postponements. The exam has been scheduled to be held from July 18-23.Β 

JEE Main 2020Β April exam will be held for three papers: Paper-1 for BTech courses, Paper-2 will be for BArch, and Paper-3 will be for BPlan. The first shift will be held from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm while the second shift will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Candidates will be offered admission to BE/BTech,Β BPlanΒ andΒ BArchΒ courses at theΒ IIITsΒ (Indian Institute of Information Technology),Β NITs (National Institute of Technology) and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs) across the country through JEE Main ranks. Only the top 2.5 lakh score holders in JEE Main 2020 will be eligible to apply for JEE AdvancedΒ for admission toΒ IITs in India.
