JEE Main 2020 answer key for April/September is likely to be released by September 8 on its official website. Read more below.

NTA (National Testing Agency) is expected to release JEE Main 2020 official answer key for April/September session by September 8. The authority will first release the provisional JEE Mains answer key on the official website.

Considering this year's JEE Main January 2020 exam and previous years' exam trends, the provisional answer key released within two or three days of the exam is over. The same trend is also likely to be followed by the NTA and JEE Main answer key may be released by September 8, 2020.

Candidates who are not satisfied with the released JEE Main answer keys will be able to challenge the same by paying an amount of Rs.1000 per question. Through JEE Main 2020 official answer keys, candidates will be able to check the correct and incorrect answers and calculate their probable scores.

How to check JEE Main 2020 Official Answer Key?

Here is how candidates can download the official answer keys of JEE Main 2020.

  • Visit the official website – jeemainnta.nic.in
  • Click on the link available on this page
  • The pdf will be displayed on the screen
  • Download the answer key for the set of question paper answered
  • Match your answers and calculate the estimated scores by using the marking scheme

Some of the coaching institutes like Resonance, Fiitjee, Aakash, etc has also released the JEE Main answer key 2020 for paper 1 and 2. Candidates who have appeared in the entrance test can download the answer key for paper 1 (BE/BTech), paper 2(BArch), paper 3 (BPlanning) and match their answers to the questions asked in the exam.  

The final answer key of JEE Main 2020 will be released by NTA after scrutinizing the objections raised by the candidates. The JEE Main 2020 result is also expected to be released by September 10.

JEE Main 2020 is being conducted in computer-based mode from September 1 to 6. As per the official data, Day 1 of JEE Main Paper 2 saw 54.67 percent of students attending the test while Day 2 and Day 3 Paper 1 witnessed 81. 08 percent and 82.14 percent attendance respectively. Around 8,58,273 candidates applied for JEE Main 2020 April/September. Out of the total 7,46,115 candidates registered for BE/BTech paper.
