JEE Main 2020 sample paper for Numerical Value section in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics has been released by NTA. Candidates can download the JEE Main sample paper and practice for numerical based questions.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released JEE Main 2020 sample paper for numerical value section for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates who are appearing for JEE Main 2020 exam can download the sample paper to know the type of questions to be asked in this section. Practising from JEE Main question papers and sample papers will help candidates to know the overall pattern of the exam. JEE Main mock tests are also available online to get an idea about the computer-based test.

JEE Main 2020 Numerical Section on Physics

JEE Main 2020 will be held for three papers – BE/BTech, BArch and BPlan. 20 questions will be of Β Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and 5 questions will have an answer to be filled as a numerical value. Numerical value section in each paper is given in the table below:

JEE Main 2020 Exam Pattern – Highlights

Below are some of the important highlights related to JEE Main exam pattern:

  • Mode of JEE Main exam - BTech/BPlan will be conducted in CBT mode while BArch will be held in both CBT and PBT mode
  • Name of sections - BTech – 3 (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics), BArch – 3 (Drawing, Mathematics and Aptitude), BPlan – 3 (Mathematics, Aptitude and Planning Based Questions)
  • Number of Questions in JEE Main 2020 - There are 75 for BTech, 77 for BArch, 100 for BPlan
  • Total Marks - Paper 1 will carry 300 marks while Paper 2 and 3 will carry 400 marks
  • Marking Scheme – Each correct answer will carry 4 marks whereas for each incorrect response 1 mark will be deducted

JEE Main 2020 registration for J&K students was available from November 4 to 8, 2019. JEE Main 2020 admit card has been issued on December 6, 2019 for January session. To appear for the exam candidates must also fulfil the JEE Main eligibility criteria as prescribed by the authority. Eligible candidates will be offered admission to the BTech/BArch/BPlanning courses in NITs, IIITs and CFTIs on the basis of All India Rank.Β

What if my answer was 7 but I wrote it as 7.00 which is correct because in some questions I have done like 7.00 and in some only as 2454
