JEE Main 2025 Shift 1 Exam Analysis: The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 April 7 shift 1 exam. The first shift took place from 9 AM to 12 PM. According to initial feedback from students and experts, overall, the JEE Main 2025 April 7 Shift 1 paper was of moderate difficulty, with Chemistry emerging as the lengthiest section among the three.
Each JEE Main 2025 subject is divided into two sections: Section 1 comprises 20 multiple-choice questions with a single correct answer, while Section 2 includes five numerical answer-type questions. The JEE Main 2025 session 2 exam, which started on April 2, will continue until April 9.

The overall difficulty level of the JEE Main 2025 April 7 Shift 1 paper was moderate. Physics was relatively easy to moderate, while Chemistry was tough and the most time-consuming section. Mathematics was moderately tough, requiring a fair amount of problem-solving effort.
