Easy to Moderate. Most questions were from Organic Chemistry. High weightage topics was Biomolecules.

Was JEE Main 2026 April 4 Shift 1 paper easy or tough?

As per students’ feedback, JEE Main 2026 April 4 Shift 1 paper was tougher as compared to Session 1. Most questions were NCERT based and Mathematics questions were tough and lengthy to solve. For this shift, 180 to 190 marks is expected to be required for 99 percentile.
