NTA has withheld the JEE Main 2026 results for 113 candidates due to suspected discrepancies and use of unfair means. Know more details below.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially withheld the JEE Main 2026 results for 113 candidates due to their involvement in Unfair Means (UFM) practices and document discepancies. Out of the 113 candidates, results of 57 candidates have been withheld due to them being involved in Unfair means including forgery of any documents related to examination, and possession of mobile phone/written chit.
The remaining 56 candidates are not able to download their result due to discrepancies in their documents, photographs, biometric details, unfair means or other personal information for identity verification etc. While the JEE Mains session 2 results for the majority of participants have been released, these specific scorecards remain unavailable for download.
According to the official NTA guidelines:
- Malpractice Consequences: Any candidate found using unfair means, appearing at an unassigned test centre, or engaging in personation (allowing someone else to take the exam) will have their results cancelled.
