NTA JEE Main Session 2 result will be announced today, April 20. The result will be available as a scorecard under each student's login at jeemain.nta.nic.in. To check the result, candidates have to use their application number and password.

After JEE Mains 2026 Result: Steps BE/BTech Aspirants Should Follow

After the NTA JEE Main 2026 session 2 result is released, candidates have the following pathways to take:

  1. Those candidates who will qualify for JEE Advanced 2026 have to register for JEE Advanced 2026 at jeeadv.ac.in. The JEE Advanced registration will start from April 23. The top 2.5 lakh candidates of JEE Mains will be eligible to register for the JEE Advanced exam. NTA will mention the status of JEE Advanced qualification of the candidates on their respective JEE scorecards.
  2. Those candidates who do not qualify for JEE Advanced can apply for JoSAA counselling that will be held from June 2 for admission to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.
  3. Candidates can also apply for the state-level counselling process via JEE Main scores, like:
