As per the National Testing Agency (NTA) guidelines, the JEE Main percentile scores are fetched directly from DigiLocker. However, some candidates faced technical problems because the name mentioned on their JEE Main scorecard did not exactly match the name available in DigiLocker. This mismatch prevented the system from automatically fetching their percentile scores.

Commonly asked questions
Q: ย  Which college will I get with 97.5 percentile in MH CET?
A:

With 97.5 percentile in MHT-CET, you have a strong chance to get admission in reputed colleges like PICT Pune, VIT Pune, SPIT Mumbai, or Thakur College of Engineering for branches such as IT, ECE, or Electrical. COEP and VJTI may be difficult for CSE. Government colleges like WCE Sangli, SGGS Nanded, and GCOE Amravati are also good options. You can get preferred branches in private colleges and core branches in government ones. Your chances further improve if you belong to a reserved category or have home university advantage within Maharashtra.

Q: ย  What is the minimum cutoff required for admission to M.Tech at COEP?
A:

For the General HS category, the cutoff ranged from 4.33 to 20.54 percentile for M.Tech course specialisations. Therefore, students need to attain at least 4.33 percentile for admissions at COEP Pune. MHT CET M.Tech percentiles are required for admission to M.Tech courses at COEP, Pune.

Students should note that the above mentioned percentile is only valid for the General HS category in the last round. Other rounds and categories will have different minimum qualifying percentiles. To know more, students can click here

Q: ย  Which colleges can I get for engineering if I have 75 percentile in MHT CET via open category?
A:

Rank around 50k, some colleges are :

1. Government College of Engineering, Amravati

2. Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon

3. Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology, Badnera

4. K. J. Somaiya Institute of Engineering and IT (less competitive branches)

5. Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune (non-core branches)

6. MIT Academy of Engineering, Pune (non-CSE branches)

Many private self-financing colleges throughout Maharashtra

The authority has now coordinated with NTA to fix the issue. Candidates who were previously unable to fetch their JEE Main percentile can now visit the CAP portal, log in to their account and complete the process.

What Students Must Do Now?

Candidates who have already submitted and confirmed their CAP application without including their JEE Main percentile can still update their form. Such candidates must first unlock their application and then fetch their JEE Main score before making the required corrections.

Those whose applications were verified through E-Scrutiny must submit a grievance request to unlock their application. Those whose documents were verified through Physical Scrutiny need to visit their respective Facilitation Centre (FC) or Scrutiny Centre (SC) to get the application unlocked.
