NTA reopens JEE Main 2023 Session 2 registration

The JEE Main registration link will be active till 10.50 pm tomorrow. Candidates can apply online through the official site of NTA JEE on jeemain.nta.nic.in. 

JEE Main session 2 registration: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reopened the registration link for JEE Main 2023 Session 2 on March 15, 2023. Candidates who want to apply for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2023 Session 2 can apply online through the official site of NTA JEE on jeemain.nta.nic.in. The JEE Main registration link will close tomorrow (March 16, 2023). The last date for submitting fee online is March 16. Students can submit fee till 11.50 pm.

JEE Main 2023 Session 2 will be held from April 6 to 12, 2023. The process of submitting the JEE Mains 2023 registration form includes completing the registration, filling in the application form, uploading the necessary documents, and making the application fee payment. JEE Main 2023 registration fee has been raised. Male candidates of General/Gen-EWS/OBC (NCL) now have to pay INR 1,000 while application fees for SC/ST/PwD/transgender and female candidates is INR 500.    

The official notice of the NTA read, “Registration for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2 was over on 12 March 2023. Correction window is opened till 14 March 2023 (up to 09:00 P.M.). Meanwhile, a few representations are being received from the candidates to open the registration window again for applying for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2 as they could not complete their registration due to various unavoidable reasons. To support the students’ community, it has been decided to re-open the registration for receiving online Application Forms for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2.” 

It further read, “The dates of Advance Intimation of Examination City, downloading of Admit Cards, and declaration of Result will be displayed on JEE (Main) portal at the appropriate time. This opportunity is being provided for all those candidates who applied for JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 1 but could not register for JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2 earlier as well as for those candidates who want to apply as a fresh candidate for the JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2.”

How to apply for JEE Main Session 2?   

JEE Main 2023 application form can be filled out by following the steps mentioned below.   

• Go to the official JEE Main/NTA website –  jeemain.nta.nic.in    
• Register for the exam   
• Fill required details   
• Upload documents   
• Pay the application fee online using credit/debit card or internet banking    
• Book your slots for the exam   
• Download the JEE Main 2023 application form and take a prinout of it for future reference.  

JEE Main 2023 session 2 exam will be held in around 290 cities in India and in 25 cities abroad. JEE Main 2023 Admit card session 2 exam will be released a week before the exam starts. The NTA will announce the exam city allotted to candidates before the release of admit cards by the last week of March.
