NTA's X Post Creates Confusion: Is the JEE Mains 2026 Answer Keys & Response Sheet OUT?
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has created confusion among candidates regarding the release of the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 answer key. Recently, NTA shared a post on X (formerly Twitter) stating that the JEE Main 2026 answer key, response sheet, and objection window were live. However, no such update was available on the official website at that time.
NTA created major confusion among the lakhs of students when they shared an X post stating that JEE Mains session 2 answer key, response sheets and challenge link are available at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Following the post, many candidates rushed to check the official JEE Main portal, but the answer key link, response sheet download option, and challenge window were not activated. This led to uncertainty and speculation among aspirants awaiting the release of the provisional answer key.
However, NTA has now deleted the X post that claimed the activation of the answer key and response sheet links. The removal of the post has added to the confusion, as there has been no official clarification issued by the agency yet.

Is the JEE Mains 2026 Session 2 Answer Key OUT?
As of now, the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 answer key, response sheet, and objection window are not available on the official website. Candidates are advised to rely only on the official JEE Main website and avoid misinformation circulating on social media platforms. Typically, NTA releases the provisional answer key along with candidatesβ response sheets. After the release, candidates are given an opportunity to challenge the answer key by paying a non-refundable fee per question within a specified deadline.
The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 answer key is expected to be released TODAY, April 11. Once released, candidates will be able to download the answer key, check their responses, and raise objections if required. Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website regularly for the latest updates on the answer key, response sheet, and result announcement.
