Pradhan stated that nearly 35 crore students are getting school education but still 15 crore children are out of the school education system and the government wants to bring them to the education system.

National Education Policy (NEP) will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between skills and education. A robust education system will eventually lead to economic growth, he added.
"During the pandemic, creation of digital content at a large scale ensured continuity of education and skilling," he pointed out.
