Plaksha University Hosts STEM Workshop; 118 Teachers Introduced to Modern Educational Tools

Plaksha University's Teacher Training Programme introduced methods for project-based instruction, active learning, and effective interdisciplinary techniques that lecturers can use to make complicated concepts accessible and interesting.

Plaksha University and the Department of School Education, Punjab conducted a Teacher Training Programme on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) for senior secondary school teachers. The programme was conducted at Plaksha University's Mohali campus and teachers from 108 School of Eminence and 10 Meritorious Schools actively participated in the workshop.

The Teacher Training Program of Plaksha University presented strategies for active learning, effective interdisciplinary techniques and project-based instruction that professors can use to make complicated concepts easy to understand. The workshop further highlighted the potential of the future in cutting-edge fields like Robotics, Biosystems, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science. The day enclosed sessions on new learning techniques in Mathematics, Physics, and Biology.
