PUBDET Counselling 2025 Expected Soon: WBJEEB is likely to release PUBDET counselling 2025 and seat allotment on its official website. The conducting body will soon announce the course-wise availability of seats for Presidency University before release of the counselling dates. 

The PUBDET result was released on August 25 on the WBJEEB official website. The window to raise a query for the PUBDET score through email to info@wbjeeb.in closed on August 26 at 12:00 p.m.

PUBDET 2025 Counselling: General Rules About Documents

Candidates need to follow the below-mentioned rules carefully while preparing their documents for admission:

• Candidates must produce original documents for PUBDET counselling process, including confirmation page, admit card, rank card, caste/ category/ domicile/ income certificate, etc.
• The documents generated by the portal must be printed via the designated ‘PRINT’ link.
• Screenshots, photographs of the screen, images captured/stored by/in a mobile phone, etc., are not acceptable.

PUBDET Counselling Process: Important Points 

All applicants must remember the following points while applying for the counselling session for PUBDET 2025:

• The confirmation page, admit card, and rank card will show the personal details exactly as entered by the candidate during the online application. The Board is not responsible for any mistakes if the candidate has entered incorrect information.
• All personal details are verified only by the allotted institute during counselling or admission.
• If a candidate faces problems during admission or later (because of incorrect information entered in the application), the Board cannot provide help or correction letters.
• Rank card and OMR images cannot be downloaded once counselling is completed. Candidates must keep these documents safe for future use.
• This facility to apply for a duplicate admit card, rank card, etc., is available only up to the end of counselling or 60 days after the result is declared.
• The candidate must apply with a processing fee of Rs. 500 per document, paid via bank draft in the name of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board”, payable at Kolkata.
