Work-Integrated Learning for Leadership (WILL) has formed an academic collaboration with the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) to launch the Shakti Women Leadership Programme. This programme aims to empower women to achieve their career goals by developing the right leadership skillset required. The programme includes both online and offline modules for learners to get thorough access to the knowledge. 

Students will be able to achieve the techniques to convert potential performance into the strength to attain desirable career growth. The course focuses on leading change in the age of AI, building strong communication and negotiation skills, and mastering workforce management across generations. Students will additionally learn data-driven decision-making capabilities and insights into ethical AI adoption to shape a future-ready identity.

The Shakti Women Leadership Programme will offer a holistic approach to fostering skills necessary for women leaders to thrive in their professional journeys. A series of guest lectures and workshops by prominent women leaders from various fields will be conducted as a part of the programme. It will be delivered through a blend of online sessions (70%) and physical immersion experiences (30%), totalling 40 hours of learning.
