WBJEEB opens portal for PUBDET application fee refund! Check Details Here
The WBJEEB has opened the portal for students who had applied for PUBDET earlier and want to claim their application fee refund.
The WBJEEB conducts the Presidency University Bachelor’s Entrance Test (PUBDET) on behalf of Presidency University, Kolkata every year in order to offer students admission to Undergraduate (UG) courses in the field for Sciences and Humanities. However, this year PUBDET was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdowns being imposed. Admissions to UG courses offered at Presidency University were done on the basis of merit and on meeting the cut-offs.
The WBJEEB on December 14 released a notice informing PUBDET applicants that their application fee will be refunded and students are required to log in and enter their bank details. The portal will only be open for a week and the last date to claim the refund is till December 21, 2020. Thereafter, students who had applied and not claimed their refund will not be entertained. Here is the notice released by WBJEEB.
Candidates will have to sign in by entering their application form number, password and Captcha to log in. Students who have forgotten their application ID or password, have the option to claim by entering the required details. The last date to claim the PUBDET application fee refund is December 21, 2020.
