MAH MCA CET 2025 Admissions: Provisional Allotment of Seats Started on August 1

MAH MCA CET 2025 CAP Round - 1 has officially begun on August 1, 2025. Candidates are required to use their login ID and password to check seat allotment on the website https://mca2025.mahacet.org.in/mca/home.

What Should Candidates Do in MAH MCA CET CAP Round I?
Candidates are suggested to follow the steps below in MAH MCA CET CAP Round I -
Step 1: Check Seat Allotment Result: On 01 August 2025, check your allotment result by logging into the CAP portal (https://mca2025.mahacet.org.in/mca/home)
Step 2: Accept the Seat (02–04 August 2025): Log in and accept your allotted seat by following one of the three options:
- Option A (Auto Freeze): If you get your first preference, the seat is automatically frozen. Pay the seat acceptance fee online. You cannot participate in further rounds.
- Option B (Self Freeze): If you are not allotted your first preference and wish to keep it, select Freeze, pay the fee online, and you cannot take part in the next rounds.
- Option C (Betterment Option): If you are not satisfied with the current allotment and want a better option, select Not Freeze / Betterment, pay the fee online, and remain eligible for the next rounds.
Step 3: Report to Allotted Institute (02–04 August 2025): Visit the allotted institute physically with the required documents and confirm admission by submitting documents and a fee payment receipt.
List of Important Documents to Carry
Candidates must carry original documents along with 1–2 sets of photocopies of the following -
- CAP Allotment Letter (download from login)
- Seat Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt
- 10th and 12th marksheets
- Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
- Caste Certificate & Validity (if applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for OBC/SBC/VJNT if applicable)
- Income Certificate (if applying for scholarships)
- Aadhaar Card
- Nationality Certificate / Birth Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- GAP Certificate (if applicable)
- Other documents as specified
Mandatory Instructions for All Candidates
- Seat acceptance is mandatory for securing admission in CAP Round I.
- Incorrect or false claims in the application will result in rejection of admission.
- The institute will verify documents and issue an admission confirmation receipt only if all requirements are met.
- Candidates must report to the institute within the deadline, or the seat will be cancelled automatically.
- Keep a copy of all receipts and forms for future reference.
