Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) will now conduct the AMU Common Admission Test (AMU-CAT) for admission to various courses such as MBA, MSW, etc. Candidates need to fill out different application forms for different courses. The university has not announced any official exam date yet, but it is likely to be announced soon. The AMU CAT application process will be online and the exam will likely be conducted in the computer-based test mode. Read the article below to know more.

AMU-CAT 2022 Courses Offered

The following is the list of courses which will be offered through the common admission test AMU CAT:

  • MBA in Agri-Business
  • MBA in Financial Management/ MTTM
  • MSW
  • MBA in Islamic Banking/ MBA in Islamic Banking and Finance
  • MBA in Hospital Administration

AMU-CAT Exam Pattern 2022

The AMU CAT 2022 exam pattern depicts information about the exam and shows the overall structure of the AMU-CAT question paper. The test structure is somewhat similar to other MBA entrance exams. Check out the table below to understand the AMU CAT exam pattern.

AMU CAT 2022 Syllabus

The AMU-CAT 2022 question paper will be based on the AMU-CAT syllabus which consists of four main topics, i.e. Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Ability and General Awareness. The exam aims to assess a candidate’s aptitude in various management and business skills. Therefore, questions in the exam are formed in such a way that they require candidates' sound analyzing and logical thinking capabilities, and verbal and quantitative ability.
