MAT registration cum application process 2025 is underway for September session. In this session, the exam will be conducted in PBT and CBT modes only. Apply for PBT before September 15, 2025.
MAT 2025 PBT registration last date is September 15, 2025. Candidates planning to appear for the exam in PBT mode must submit their application forms before the deadline as there is only one PBT mode exam in September phase unlike previous years. To fill the MAT 2025 application form candidates have to register at the AIMA-MAT website. The MAT registration fee is INR 2200. Candidates have to pay the fee at the time of form filling. The MAT PBT will be held in 26 cities across India. The exam timings will be 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
How to Fill MAT 2025 Registration Form?
MAT application form 2025 can be filled in online mode only. Check here the steps to follow:
- Open AIMA MAT website
- Click on the option โregisterโ
- Enter basic details name, email ID, phone number, etc.
- Use the OTP received on phone number to verify registration
- Used the credentials shared in email to fill the application form
- Select test mode, test date, test city
- Upload a recent passport size photo and signature
- Select five MBA colleges from the list
- Pay INR 2200 as MAT fee

MAT CBT registration will be open till September 22, 2025. Candidates who prefer MAT CBT mode can apply for the same. The MAT CBT registration process and fee are same as MAT PBT, only the test cities will be different from PBT.

The fee payment to appear for the MAT exam is mandatory. The AIMA charges every candidates examination fee at the time of form filling. While filling the MAT application form the fee payment is to be done for acceptance of the candidature. The MAT application fees have been increased and the revised fees are as follows: Paper-Based Test (PBT): INR 2,200 Computer-Based Test (CBT): INR 2,200 Internet-Based Test (IBT): 2,200 Both PBT and CBT: INR 3,800 Candidates are required to pay the fee in online mode I. e. through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. Candidates must note that the MAT application form will not be submitted until the fee payment is done. Key points to keep in mind while filling the MAT application form is that the fee is non-refundable and there is no provision of form corrections. So, in case a candidate has made a mistake in the form, they will have to register again and fill a new form by paying the fee again. To take a re-test also, candidates have to fill a fresh MAT application form and pay the fee again.
