MAT CBT registration process will end tomorrow for September 2025 phase. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam in CBT mode must fill the application form without any further delay.

MAT CBT exam registration last date is September 22. The MAT application window for September session will close after that. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam in the current exam phase must apply for the MAT CBT before the deadline.

MAT 2025 registration can be done at AIMA MAT website. Candidates can apply by creating a login ID. Those who already have a MAT account can simply login with existing credentials and fill the MAT 2025 application form for CBT.

MAT CBT will be held in nearly 30 cities across India. Candidates can choose the city of preference in the MAT application form. Admit card for CBT will be issued on September 25 and the exam will be held on September 28, 2025.

How to Apply for MAT CBT Exam 2025?

MAT exam fee is same for all categories of candidates and is to be paid at the time of form submission. MAT application process 2025 includes the following process. Check below:

  • Visit mat.aima.in and click on register option
  • Enter basic details to create a login ID
  • Use OTP received on phone/email to verify registration
  • Go to MAT application form and fill the form with relevant details
  • Pay the fee amount of INR 2200
  • Upload a passport size photo and signature
  • Select test cities and mat accepting colleges
  • Review the form and submit

MAT exam fee is non-refundable and there is no form correction option. Thus, candidates must fill the MAT form carefully.

MAT application process includes uploading of certain documents in the form portal. Candidates need some other documents to fill the MAT application form. While photo, signature and Certificate are to be uploaded with the application form, other documents are needed to fill valid information in form. 1. Recent passport size photo (colour with white background) 2. Scanned signature on a white paper 3. Scanned copy of photo ID card such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID card, Passport 4. Class 10 marksheet 5. Class 12 marksheet 6. Graduation marksheet 7. PG degree marksheet (if applicable) 8. Bank details for fee payment Candidates who belong to Reserved category are required to upload caste Certificate and candidates who belong to PwD category have to upload a Certificate for the same. PwD candidates also need to upload scribe Certificate to avail the facility on the exam day. The dimensions of the passport size photograph must not less than 50 KB and not less than 100 KB) and digital signature (not less than 10 KB and not more than 25 KB).. .

MAT application process is online. Candidates are required to fill the application form by registering at the AIMA MAT website. The application process of MAT CBT, PBT and IBT is the same and candidates can fill the form for more than one exam mode. Candidates can take the MAT exam as Internet Based Test (IBT) or Double Internet Based Test (IBT) or Paper Based Test (PBT) or Computer Based Test (CBT) or Paper Based Test and Internet Based Test (PBT plus IBT) or Computer Based Test and Internet Based Test (CBT plus IBT) or Paper Based Test and Computer Based Test (PBT plus CBT). Given below is the process to fill the MAT registration and application form: 1. Open official website of AIMA MAT 2. Enter Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Date of Birth and set a password 3. Click on submit 4. An OTP will be sent in the registered mobile number 5. Verify phone number using the OTP 6. New login will be sent in your email 7. Select exam mode, exam date and other details 8. Upload your passport size photo and signature 9. Select 5 MBA institutes of your preference 10. Pay the fee via debit/credit card or net banking 11. In the next page add personal details, academic details, address, etc. 12. Fill the remaining fields and the click on the declaration check box 13. Submit the form to complete the process.
