OJEE 2021 counselling window is closing today. Read the article below to know more.

OJEE 2021 web-based counselling process and choice locking window is closing today, i.e. October 19, 2021. Earlier, the last date of counselling registration was October 16. All JEE rank holders will be eligible to participate in the OJEE counselling process irrespective of their admission status. OJEE 2021 counselling is an online process for final seat allotment. Students qualifying the OJEE exam can participate in OJEE counselling rounds 2021 based on their ranks and schedule. OJEE board will release the final seat allotment after the counselling process. Students who appeared for Special OJEE exam and have been awarded ranks must note that the ranking for this course starts from 1100001. The counselling process for Special OJEE will begin only after the first phase of OJEE counselling, considering JEE (Main) candidates, is completed.

OJEE Counselling Process 2021

Students can participate in OJEE 2021 counselling as under:

  • Visit the official website and complete registration for participating in the counselling rounds by mentioning course, ranks, marks, documents for educational qualification, category, and family income certificate as well as bank details for fee payment
  • Select the qualifying exam i.e. OJEEGATEGPATNIMCETCATMATXATCMAT or ATMA
  • Once the details are filled in, a password will be generated for candidates' accounts and they need to pay Rs. 450 as counselling fee
  • After the fee payment, candidates will be required to fill in their choices for preferred institutes, courses and specialisations and lock their choices
  • A seat allotment list will be released based on the choices filled by the candidates and merit list
  • Candidates can save their seat allotment and visit the counselling centre if they want to secure a seat. If not, then they can skip this round and wait for the next seat allotment list
  • Once the seat allotment list is released and a candidates has secured a seat, candidates need to visit the respective college for document verification process and admission fee payment
