OJEE 2026 Cut off: Know Expected Cut Off, Check Institutes-wise Cut off Marks

After the OJEE cutoff is released, candidates should check the cutoff released by their preferred college. If the candidates match the cutoff, they will be called for the counselling process at various institutes. Candidates will be reqiured to fill in their cjoices of courses and colleges. And after the seat allotment is done they should visit the institute of document verficiation and fee payment. Once the seat is confirmed, they must report to the college on the scheduled date.

The OJEE exam is conducted by OJEE Cell for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as MBA, MCA, M.Tech, B.Tech, etc. OJEE scores are accepted by over 40 top B-schools in Odisha. Few of these colleges are

Yes the OJEE cutoff is different each year. The difference is dependant on various factors such as difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates who qualified, reservation criteria, etc. The OJEE cutoff may change during the different OJEE counselling rounds. 

The OJEE Board releases the OJEE counselling notification online on the website, ojee.nic.in. The OJEE counselling process has started on June 20, 2025.

Candidates who qualify the OJEE exam will be eligible to participate in the OJEE counselling process. The qualifying candidates have to complete the OJEE counselling registration online once the registration window opens. The registration process for OJEE counselling comprises registration, choice filling & locking, seat allotment, and reporting to the nodal centre. The authority will release OJEE counselling 2025 schedule online. The registration window will be open for approximately a month and the students can lock their choices and get the document verification done after the final seat allotment process is complete.

The Odisha Cell will conduct the OJEE counselling for JEE Main rank holders and OJEE-qualified aspirants. The OJEE counselling dates will be available on the official website of Odisha JEE. Interested candidates will be required to complete the OJEE counselling registration process within the deadline. Based on JEE Mains rank you can always get any college in any state of your choice. However, giving the state joint entrance examination gives you a higher percentage of chances of seats in the colleges of your state. Candidates belonging to the state of Odisha will be eligible to take admission to the government colleges in the state, and non-native students are eligible to take admission to private colleges and institutes. To prepare for the OJEE cutoff for a desired course,

1. Take mock tests, full length and section
2. Revision is very important. Revise topics and practice using PYQs and sample papers
3. Improve weaknesses and capitalize on strengths

No, IIM Sambalpur does not accept OJEE test scores for admission. If you want to get admission to the IIM, you will have to appear in the CAT exam. With the score of the OJEE test, you can get admission in about 40 management colleges in Odisha. You can get admission to the following top management colleges such as:

If in case, students find any discrepancy in their OJEE results, they can get it reviewed by requesting OJEE Cell. For OJEE result rechecking, students will need to pay INR 500 as a fee. Candidates need to pay the fee in the form of a Demand Draft, drawn in favour of OJEE. It needs to be drawn from any nationalised bank, payable at Bhubaneswar and should reach the above address (within seven calendar days) as mentioned above. OJEE scorecard will only mention overall scores. However, those candidates who wish to know their sectional scores can also request the exam conducting authority for the same.

Note: OJEE Committee will only review the OJEE results, they will not re-evaluate the answer sheets of candidates.

Special OJEE 2026 will likely be held in second week of July 2026, and registrations will likely begin in June 2026. The 2nd OJEE exam will be conducted in the CBT test format. 

OJEE counselling process is open to students who have appeared for OJEE, ATMA, CAT, JEE Main, NEET, MAT, XAT, CMAT, NIMCET, GATE or GPAT. These scores will be accepted for OJEE admissions. 

Yes, all the JEE Main rank holders are eligible to take part in the OJEE counselling process for admission to the engineering programmes offered by colleges accepting OJEE scores. Even if the candidates have not appeared for the OJEE exam, they can get admission to various colleges based on their JEE Main scores. Candidates who wish to participate in BAMS/BHMS counselling must have qualified in NEET (UG) with a valid rank. Candidates must get the scores verified at JEE Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-751030 in person who are taking a part in the OJEE counselling through JEE Mains or other qualifying entrance exams. JEE rank holders will be eligible to participate in the counselling process irrespective of their admission status.
