IP University NEET Counselling 2025: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will conclude the IPU NEET counselling registration 2025 for round 2 MBBS and BSc Nursing admissions tomorrow, i.e. September 3, 2025. Students who have qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) exam in session 2025 and are seeking admission to Indraprastha University admission 2025 for MBBS or BSc Nursing programmes can fill the counselling form online at IPU official website. 

In order to fill IPU NEET UG counselling form 2025, students have to pay a non-refundable application fee of INR 2,500. Students must also note that the correction and editing of the IPU NEET registration form 2025 will also conclude on September 3, 2025. Hence, students must carefully check their details in the application form and make necessary changes at the earliest to avoid last-minute discrepancies.

What After IPU NEET UG Counselling Registration 2025? 

Students who will complete the IP University NEET 2025 counselling registration will have to complete the choice filling and locking process for the IPU admission 2025 to the MBBS or BSc Nursing programme. The authorities will announce the IPU NEET UG counselling round 2 seat allotment result 2025 on September 4, 2025 for all candidates who participated in the round 2 admission process.

Q:   When did the NEET 2025 counselling process begin?
A:

The NEET 2025 counselling process began on July 21, 2025. The dates for four rounds have been announced by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), which is scheduled till October 25, 2025. Originally, the last date of counselling was October 3, 2025, which was postponed twice due to NRI/PWD candidate requests, and ongoing court cases.  

Q:   What is the mode of the NEET counselling process?
A:

The NEET counselling process is conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) primarily in online mode. All the steps of the counselling process, including the registration, release of seat matrix, choice filling and locking, and release of the seat allotment result. Only the last and final round, which is the institute reporting, has to be done in offline mode. Herein candidates who have been allotted seats have to visit the institutes for document verification and complete the admission process by paying the requisite fee amount. 

Q:   Is it necessary to join allotted Medical/Dental College of Round 1 to get chance to participate in Round 2 of NEET counselling?
A:

No, candidates need not report or join the allotted college of NEET counselling Round 1 since there is free exit. However if they want to retain the Round 1 seat and upgrade in Round 2 they have to physically join the college of Round 1 and give up-gradation willingness for Round 2 at the time of admission. In case candidates decide to resign the seat allotted to them in the first round, then they can do so prior to registering in the next round of NEET counselling.
