RRB NTPC 2020 exam will be conducted in 15 languages. The English will be the default language for the exam. Besides, the exam will also be conducted in Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. In case of any difference in the questions between English and the opted language, then English version will be available. Candidates had to enter their choice of exam language while filling the application form.

The first stage CBT of RRB NTPC is common for all posts. The exam is held for 90 minutes (120 minutes extra will be given to PwBD candidates accompanied with scribe). Questions will be the exam will be asked from General Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The test will have a total of 100 objective type questions. This stage is qualifying in nature. The marks secured by candidates in this stage will not be counted for final merit list.Read here RRB NTPC exam pattern and syllabus 

To qualify the CBT, candidates need to secure minimum qualifying marks. The minimum qualifying mark for UR & EWS is 40%, OBC and SC is 30% and ST is 25%.

RRB NTPC 2020 exam dates for first stage CBT will be declared in July or August. The pre-bid conference for the exam conducting agency will be done on July 3. Over 1.26 crore candidates had applied for the exam. Once the exam dates are finalized, RRB NTPC admit card 2020 will be issued to candidates.
