SSC Exam 2025 Registrations to be Aadhaar-enabled for CGL, CHSL, CPO, JE, Others; Edit Existing OTR by May 31

SSC registrations for exams such as CGL, CHSL, CPO, JE, and others will be Aadhaar-enabled, with the option to edit existing SSC One Time Registration (OTR) forms available only until May 31, 2025.
SSC Registration 2025: The Staff Selection Commission has issued an official notice announcing a significant update to the SSC registration process. As per the notification, the One Time Registration (OTR) system will be Aadhaar-enabled starting from the 2025 exam cycle, effective June 2, 2025. This means that all candidates registering for upcoming SSC exams including CGL, CHSL, CPO, JE, and others, will be required to link their Aadhaar information as part of the SSC OTR process.
SSC OTR Editing Window Open Till May 31
Additionally, referring to the SSC Annual Examination Calendar released on May 9, 2025, the Commission has informed candidates that the option to edit existing SSC OTR details will only be available until May 31, 2025. After this date, any modifications to the current SSC registration profiles will not be permitted. Further, they will need to re-register under the new Aadhaar-enabled system. Aspirants are advised to make necessary updates to their OTR profiles before the deadline to ensure a smooth transition.
Official Notice Regarding Aadhaar Mandatory for SSC One Time Registration from June 2
The official notice states, "It is informed that the One Time Registration (OTR) will be Aadhaar-enabled for 2025 examination cycle and onwards i.e. from 02nd June 2025."
The notice further states, "Further, with respect to the Annual Examination Calendar issued on 09th May 2025, it is informed that the option to edit the existing One Time Registration form (OTR) would be permitted only till 31st May 2025."
