The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the CUET UG 2026 registration. Students seeking undergraduate admission in 2026 in Central, State and participating universities can apply online at cuet.nta.nic.in. CUET UG 2026 exam will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) between May 11 to May 31, 2026. The CUET registration last date 2026 is January 30, 2026. Students must complete the CUET 2026 application form before the deadline to ensure they do not miss the last date.

CUET UG 2026: Latest NTA Guidelines
The NTA requirements introduced for the 2026 cycle are provided below:
- Mandatory Live Photo Capture: Candidates now have to capture a live photograph during the CUET UG 2026 application process using a webcam or phone camera.
- Verification Protocols: NTA has introduced clearer guidelines for UDID/Disability certificate verification and asked students to update their AADHAR details before applying.
- Subject choice reduced: For 2026, the maximum number of subjects a candidate can choose has been reduced to five (previously six).
- No change in syllabus, exam pattern or marking scheme has been introduced.

To fill CUET 2026 application form, candidates must follow steps below:
- Visit NTA CUET 2026 official link: cuet.nta.nic.in
- Navigate to CUET UG 2026 Registration
- Click on tab ‘New registration’
- Enter personal details to create CUET login 2026 details
- Fill CUET 2026 application form, entering personal and academic documents
- Pay CUET application form fee 2026
- Check all details carefully and submit the application form.

Candidats will be required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process is in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.
