The Master of Education Entrance Test second merit list is released on the official website. The counselling schedule is announced at Patna University for the second round. After the second merit release, the round will be conducted on October 17 and 18.

How to Register for the Counselling?

  • Students can register for the counselling. Student Admission login link pu.bihar-ums.com/pgadmission.
  • Enter Application Id and Password of Date of Birth
  • After entering, if the student is listed in the merit list, they have to pay the amount.
  • After payment, students have to download the allotment form.

Documents Required for MEET MEd Counselling

Candidates must reach the centre while carrying

  • Allotment letter
  • Payment slip
  • Application form
  • Four passport-size photographs
  • All original certificates (also carry a photocopy of all original certificates)

Counseling/enrollment will be held on 17th and 18th October 2025 at the concerned department/institute. The counseling time is from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All selected applicants must get themselves enrolled within the stipulated date and time period; otherwise, their claim will be automatically considered cancelled.

All Heads of Departments/Directors will submit a report of the daily validation done to Prof. Rajneesh Kumar, the enrollment in-charge, in the Dean's office. After validating the enrollment of the candidate, the concerned Head of Department/Director must immediately give them a receipt of "provisionally admitted".

As per the latest notice, newly admitted students (2025-26) will be admitted online from September 23 to October 31. After that, Rs. 1000/- will be charged as a late fine till further order.
