Yes, it is possible to get admission in MBM Jodhpur through REAP, but with 56 percentile, it might be a bit difficult to get admission. Having 89% marks in class 12th will give you an advantage, but JEE Main score is also important. In REAP, both 12th marks and JEE Main score are taken into consideration, but JEE Main is given more weightage.

With an REAP MBC category rank of 19, you have a very high chance of getting the Mining Engineering branch at MBM Jodhpur. MBM does offer Mining, and seats in this branch generally don't fill up as fast as core branches like CS or ECE. Your rank is excellent for MBC, so you should get it comfortably in the early rounds.
