SSC CGL 2018 Tier-I result announced

A total of 1,50,396 candidates qualified SSC CGL 2018 Tier-I exam and will now appear for Tier-II (Paper 1 and 2). SSC CGL result 2018 were announced on August 20.
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on August 20 announced SSC CGL Tier-I result. Canditates can find their score through the roll numbers displayed for SSC CGL result 2018 on the official website (ssc.nic.in). Candidates who have qualified the Tier-I exam will now appear for the Tier-II to be held from September 11 to 13. Along with the result, SSC has also released SSC CGL cut off marks of the Tier-I exam.
Looking at the result analysis:
- Over 1,50,000 students have qualified in the Tier-I exam and will appear for Tier-II (Paper 1 &2) exam
- Over 15,000 candidates, who have cleared the Tier-I exam, will appear for Tier-II's Paper 1, 2 and 4 (General Studies -Finance & Accounts)
- Over 8,500 qualified candidates will appear for Tier-II's Paper 1, 2 and 3 (Statistics)
SSC CGL 2018 Tier-I exam was conducted between June 4 and 13 while the re-examination was conducted for 4,825 candidates on June 19. A total of 8,36,139 candidates appeared in the examination.

As the Tier-I exam was conducted in multiple shifts, the marks of candidates have been normalised to announce the result. Marks of the qualified/non-qualified candidates and final SSC CGL answer keys will be released soon.
The SSC CGL admit card 2018 for the Tier-II exam will be released seven days before the exam.
