Here's the general process for SGPGI applications:

Visit the Official Website: Go to sgpgims.org.in.

Find the "Apply Online" Section: Look for the relevant recruitment or admission link (e.g., for Nursing Officer, B.Sc./M.Sc. courses).

Register: Click "Registration for New Users" and provide basic details like name, DOB, email, and mobile number.

Get Login Credentials: You'll receive a User ID (email) and Password (SMS).

Login & Fill Form: Use your credentials to sign in and complete the detailed application, including personal, communication, and qualification details.

Upload Documents: Upload scanned photo, signature, and required certificates.

Pay Fees: Complete the fee payment online.

Submit & Print: Finalize the submission and print the submitted form. 

Regarding UPGET: This is for GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) and is usually handled through ABVMU (abvmuup.edu.in). You'd register and apply on the ABVMU portal for UPGET, then proceed with SGPGI's process if applying for their other specific courses. 

In summary: For SGPGI's programs, you fill the SGPGI form directly; for GNM via UPGET, you use the ABVMU portal. 

For CUET for B.Sc. Forensic Science, focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), depending on the university's specific requirement (some prefer Biology, others Math). Top colleges include National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU), Amity University, Chandigarh University, and potentially Delhi University (DU) if you meet their criteria. 

CUET Subject Choices

Primary Subjects: You must take Physics (322) and Chemistry (306).

Third Domain: Choose either Biology (304) or Mathematics (319) for your third subject, based on the university you target.

Biology is often preferred for life Science aspects of forensics.

Mathematics is also accepted, especially by institutions like the University of Delhi for certain streams.

Language/General Test: Consider including a language and the General Test to maximize your score and options. 

College Suggestions (B.Sc. Forensic Science)

National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU): Premier institution, often requiring PCB/PCM with specific aggregate scores.

University of Delhi (DU): Offers through CUET with specific combinations like PCMB or PCM (check DU's CUET portal).

Amity University, Chandigarh University, LPU (Lovely Professional University): Private universities known for strong B.Sc. Forensic Science programs, often requiring PCB/PCM.

JAIN (Deemed-to-be University): Offers B.Sc. Forensic Science with CUET as an entrance option.
