NIT Durgapur does not provide a BSc programme, but an Integrated BSc + MSc programme in Chemistry. The duration of the programme is five years. It leads to a dual-degree, i.e. a BSc and an MSc degree in Chemistry. NITD has an intake of 19 students for the five-year programme. Admission to the programme is based on JEE (Main) ranks and seats are allocated through JoSAA/CSAB counselling.

Yes, in order to take admission in BSc at IIT Kharagpur, candidates need to appear qualify JEE Advance. JEE Advance or Joint Entrance Examination is conducted by one of the IITs every year by rotation under the supervision of a Joint Admission Board, which comprises of representatives from all the IITs. To get admission into BSc course at Visva Bharati University, students must complete  Class 12 with 50% marks. The applicants also have to register and appear for CUET entrance test to secure admission at the institute.
