IIIT Allahabad accpets JEE Main score for admission to the BTech courses. As per the IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2023, the Last Round closing rank for BTech ranged between 5924 and 9558, among which Information Technology was the most competitive specialisation. The Round 1 closing rank for BTech ranged between 4817 and 8428 for BTech. 

So, considering the previous year Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks, candidates seeking admission to IIIT Allahabad must secure a rank over and above 4800 and 9600 for the General ALL India category candidates.

The National Institute of Technology, Durgapur is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education. The institute is also accredited by the National Board of Accreditation. NIT Durgapur has been ranked 43 under the 'Engineering' category by the NIRF Ranking 2023. Additionally, the top recruiters of NIT Durgapur in 2023 included Microsoft, Steradian, Morgan Stanley, Caterpillar, etc. As per the latest media reports, Microsoft offered the highest package so far which stood at INR 51 LPA.

NIT Durgapur admissions for MTech is based on GATE score. The institute offers seats under Sponsored and Self-Sponsored Category. After qualifying GATE, candidates are required to come for CCMT Counselling. GATE cutoffs are released online, aspirants with score equal or above cutoff, become eligible for counselling. Aspirants need to register for CCMT Counselling to become eligible for seat allotment. Selected candidates are required to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.

Students wishing to apply for hostel have to pay an additional amount. NIT Durgapur does have mess service for which students need to pay a separate charge. The hostel fee for M.Tech students is INR 36,600. Students also have to pay a caution money for hostel service. Apart from the hostel charges, the tuition fee for M.Tech is INR 1.40 lakh. NIT Durgapur does not provide a BSc programme, but an Integrated BSc + MSc programme in Chemistry. The duration of the programme is five years. It leads to a dual-degree, i.e. a BSc and an MSc degree in Chemistry. NITD has an intake of 19 students for the five-year programme. Admission to the programme is based on JEE (Main) ranks and seats are allocated through JoSAA/CSAB counselling.

For 2022, cut off was 9490 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in NIT Durgapur - National Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota 12811 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

Candidates are required to fulfil the eligibility requirement to apply for any of the UG or PG programmes. The eligibility includes the qualifying exam and the minimum aggregate that aspirants need to fulfil. Below is the criteria for top NIT Durgapur courses:

To apply for NIT Durgapur MBA admission, candidates must visit the official website of the institute to register themselves. NIT Durgapur offers admission to the MBA course on the basis of a valid CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT entrance test scores. NIT Durgapur JEE Main cutoff 2025 has been released for all rounds. The cutoff was released for candidates seeking admission to the BTech and integrated BTech specialisations. NIT Durgapur admission to the MBA programme is based on CAT/ CMAT/ XAT entrance exam scores. Based on the entrance exam scores, candidates are then called for the Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD & PI). Given below is the minimum eligibility criteria for the course along with NIT Durgapur MBA fees: 

To get admission to NIT Durgapur for CSE, candidates can have a rank of 12268 or below according to NIT Durgapur BTech cutoff 2025 if they belong to the General AI category. 

The cutoff for the OBC AI category candidates was closed at 16608 for CSE. For the SC AI and ST AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks closed at 1641 and 584, respectively. For the EWS AI category candidates, the cutoff was closed at 13104. For the PWD category candidates, the cutoff was closed at 406 for BTech in CSE.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, 2023 closing rank was 24386. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in NIT Durgapur - National Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE.
