IIIT Allahabad accpets JEE Main score for admission to the BTech courses. As per the IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2023, the Last Round closing rank for BTech ranged between 5924 and 9558, among which Information Technology was the most competitive specialisation. The Round 1 closing rank for BTech ranged between 4817 and 8428 for BTech. 

So, considering the previous year Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks, candidates seeking admission to IIIT Allahabad must secure a rank over and above 4800 and 9600 for the General ALL India category candidates.

NIT Durgapur admissions for MTech is based on GATE score. The institute offers seats under Sponsored and Self-Sponsored Category. After qualifying GATE, candidates are required to come for CCMT Counselling. GATE cutoffs are released online, aspirants with score equal or above cutoff, become eligible for counselling. Aspirants need to register for CCMT Counselling to become eligible for seat allotment. Selected candidates are required to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.

NIT Durgapur admissions are conducted on the basis of entrance exams. The institute accepts several national level entrance exam scores such as JEE Main, GATE,  MAT, XAT,  CAT, CMAT, etc. National Institute of Technology Durgapur admission process starts with an online application. Interested candidates can apply directly through the official website. 

For last year, the closing rank for B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering was 36281 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in NIT Durgapur - National Institute of Technology.

To get admission to NIT Durgapur for CSE, candidates can have a rank of 12268 or below according to NIT Durgapur BTech cutoff 2025 if they belong to the General AI category. 

The cutoff for the OBC AI category candidates was closed at 16608 for CSE. For the SC AI and ST AI category candidates, the cutoff ranks closed at 1641 and 584, respectively. For the EWS AI category candidates, the cutoff was closed at 13104. For the PWD category candidates, the cutoff was closed at 406 for BTech in CSE.

Going as per the past three year trends candidates can expect the closing ranks for NIT Durgapur JEE Main cutoff 2024 Round 1 Seat Allotment for top specialisations between the following range:

• B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering between 16380 and 18250

To get into NIT Durgapur for BTech/Integrated BTech/Integrated MSc, candidate must possess the requisite rank in JEE Main as per the category they belong to. NIT Durgapur JEE Main cutoff 2025 has been released for all rounds. The cutoff was released for candidates seeking admission to the BTech and integrated BTech specialisations. For NIT Durgapur M.Tech admission, candidates must apply for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. GATE is an online national-level examination conducted for Master of Engineering (ME), Masters in Technology (MTech) and direct PhD admissions to IITs, NITs, IIITs and other institutes/universities across India. The exam is scheduled between February 4 and 12. 

NIT Durgapur admissions are based on national-level entrance exam score for most of the courses. The challenging part is qualifying the entrance exam. Candidates need JEE Main rank for BTech, GATE for M.Tech and IIT JAM for MSc admission. CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT scores are accepted for MBA admission. NIT Durgapur offers BTech course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BTech at NIT Durgapur, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must be Class 12 passed with a minimum 75% aggregate.
