Hi Amisha,
Although CS in itself is a complete course with wonderful job prospects in the current business scenario. However, if you wonder about a course which can be a suitable combination with it, the most preferred options which can be considered are CA or Law. A CS and a CA degree together gives you an edge while applying for higher job positions and can lead you to positions in finance jobs as well. A CS is already a law expert but still cant represent the client in most of the cases. If you undertake law alongside CS your ability to represent clients in various cases increases. You can continue with CA coaching as there is most of the syllabus of B.Com is same as CA. It will become easy to become a CA. But you have to go for correspondence B.Com which is offered by SCHOOL OF OPEN LEARNING (SOL) DU.

Yes, you can get admission your percent of 12 have no bearing on that. It all depends upon your performance in entrance examination. Just score good rank in exam and there is nothing to worry about.
