Yes, you can definitely apply for and pursue CS and B.Com even if you haven't studied maths in your class 12th. Maths is not a compulsion for CS and B.Com.

It depends upon your interest, I mean you can choose B.Com to get into accounting and finance field which will give you an opportunity to do M.Com and on the other hand you can choose BBA to enter into business filed.

For BBA and B.Com, it is very simple, they have a mass recruitment and campus placements for high academy toppers, but salary packages are not so good. It is around INR. 1 Lacs to INR. 2 Lacs per annum. So, I will recommend you will choose better University than Punjab University for BBA and B.Com, if you want to get a good job.
