You can apply for the UGC NET Exam if you have completed the post-graduation with at least 55 % marks (50 % marks for the Reserved CAT. Candidates). Yes, you can definitely go for MBA finance. MBA is a mixture of all the subjects, which helps you in the overall development. Maths will also come into play, but as you said you are good in accounts, I am pretty sure you will easily be able to manage simple calculation of Maths. It is only in 1st Trimester.

Apply for the re-exam in the current year and clear it or you can also clear it next year.

Current cutoff is 80.60 for B.Com and all. With this you can pursue the same.

Your basic graduation is required as per the eligibility and furthermore it is up to the college you wish to pursue.

If you are interested in food and nutrition then you should do 12th (science) but as you have commerce background so it will be difficult somehow. Cost may differ from college to college.

B.Com and MBA both have nothing to do with engineering. For engineering do engineering from the top colleges. Do B.Tech. .
