I would suggest you to practice at least 3 previous years question papers if available else appear for more and more mock tests. As much as you practice, you will get hang of finishing the exam in time and also boost your confidence. You can also try exam preparation booklets which are easily in the market.

You are definitely eligible for applying for B.Ed after completing B.Com and MCA course. For B.Ed, the minimum requirement is that you must be graduate. It does not matter from which course and which stream, and it will give you benefit of doing MCA. So, you need not to worry and can definitely apply.

Which companies come to Thapar University for placements of B.Tech, or other category of students depends to a large extent on the industrial climate of the country at that point in time.
