You can pursue an Engineering Degree in your area of interest or Management Degree in Finance or Operations. There is a long road to becoming a MD and it is passed through promotions only. Minimum entry criteria for Bachelor's degree is 65% in Australia.

I think you should first specify either private or government colleges. For electrical engineering, there are good private colleges like SRM VITEE etc. And, in Maharashtra some government colleges are also good.
