If you have successfully completed your 10+2 from a recognised education board, you can certainly apply for admission in the said college. You can directly apply to the college for admission. The other universities are ICFAI Hyderabad, UPES Dehradun and Army Institute of Law. There is no ranking for all these named colleges as every college is almost same.

Yes you can apply for the apply for the course. Admission to UG courses offered by MES College of Arts Commerce and Science is based on merit. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board to secure admission. Aspirants should have secured a minimum 50% Aggregate with English as a subject.
Candidates who have passed the Pre-University Examination of Karnataka or the 10+2 examination from a recognized board of education are eligible for admission.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks in the qualifying exam.

Physical Education, Home Science, Engineering Drawing and all other vocational subjects are not considered as Best of Four for applying to B.Com in Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College.
