Any post-graduation degree requires 50% marks in graduation, and you have 59% marks, so you can join for M.Com course, and whichever college you are choosing, just see their website, when is the application form available, so that either you can fill online or in person. Go and fill in that particular college and the documents will be required would be your graduation certificate, marksheets and transfer certificate.

Yes in some points it will be harder to you. since the syllabus is quite different and it is difficult too. Just prepare it thoroughly and concentrate on it.

Yes, you may apply for the same. Only condition is, you have to clear the entrance test conducted for the same. That matters more. Prepare for the same.

Here the eligibility criteria for the MAT:

There are plenty of professional courses available for you to choose from. For commerce students, one of the easiest things to do B.Com followed by M.Com and then maybe Ph.D. or to become a professor. There's also an option to go for CA CS CMA and at times LL.B.
